How do I cancel my subscription?
We hate to see you go! Did you know you can pause your subscription or receive every other month if you need a short break? You can also switch subscriptions or move to a different age range if you want to try out a different age group! To cancel, log into your Account page, click the “Subscriptions” option under your name in the top-right corner, click "Manage" next to the subscription that you'd like to cancel, then click “Cancel your subscription”.
Please cancel by 11:59 PM EST on the day prior to your renewal (billing) date if you do not wish to receive that month's crate. You can cancel a subscription anytime after the initial prepaid term (1 month, 3 month, etc) has been completed.
- A monthly subscription or a Free Trial subscription can be cancelled anytime after the first month ships. If you cancel a monthly subscription after you are billed for the next crate, then that crate will still ship but you will not be billed again.
- Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual payment plans can have the renewal feature turned "off" at any time so that after the current prepaid term is complete, it will not renew. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled in the middle of a prepaid term.
- If the subscription is currently processing a crate, you may not see the cancel option until after the crate has been shipped.
- Pay-as-you-go subscriptions can have the renewal feature turned “off” at any time so that after the current term is complete, it will not renew. Pay-as-you-go subscriptions cannot be cancelled in the middle of the agreed upon payment plan term.
