Keeping your shipping address up to date ensures your KiwiCo crate arrives at the right place! You can make changes at any time directly from your account.

## **How to Update Your Shipping Address**

1.  Log in to your [KiwiCo account](https://www.kiwico.com/login).
2.  Click the Subscriptions tab.
3.  Click Manage next to the subscription you would like to update.
4.  Under the Shipping section, click Edit shipping address.
5.  Enter your new address and save your changes.

## **Important Things to Know**

*   Timing matters: Your shipping address must be updated at least 10 days before your next shipment date (shown on the edit subscription page) for the change to apply to that shipment. Updates made after this window will take effect on future shipments.
*   Multiple subscriptions: If you have more than one subscription going to the same address, each subscription must be updated individually — changes do not apply across subscriptions automatically.
*   Just placed an order? If you noticed an address error right after placing an order, please reach out to our customer care team as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
